The Comprehensive Patriot Place Review Committee (CPPRC) was created by the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Foxborough in September 2006. The term of each member to expire on May 01, 2007                   

It's Mission Statement was:  It is the intent of this Committee, acting in the interests of the Town of Foxborough and it’s residents, to study and analyze the overall impact of the proposed Patriot Place Mall and provide the Board of Selectmen with a summary containing a comprehensive set of suggested guidelines and actions to be taken, both in advance of construction; during construction and during occupancy of the Mall by potential Lessees. 

In the pursuit of this Mission we will evaluate a Fiscal Impact Study which will also include a broad Economic Impact Study.  While respectful of the jurisdictions of various Town Departments it is considered crucial to look to all Boards for information and guidance and to suggest to them any actions deemed to be vital for taking at this early point in time.

Purpose of Web Site

Weekly meetings of the Committee were unable to be televised due to meeting scheduling conflicts. This web site was intended to make all relevant Patriot Place information collected by, and on behalf of this Committee available to Town residents and to all other interested parties.

The CPPRC Committee's summary Report was submitted to the Board of Selectmen on December 07, 2006.

In accordance with recommendations contained in the Final Report the Board of Selectmen formed the

PATRIOT PLACE NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE (Schedule of Meetings and Minutes).  Members were sworn in on January 19, 2007.  

There has been a request that, in accordance with the Web Site Purpose stated above, the new committee's minutes, and other publically disseminated material, be made available.
