Planning Board

The Planning Board is responsible for the review of all Subdivision, Special Permit, and Site Plan Review applications.

Subdivisions are reviewed according to procedures outlined in the Foxborough Subdivision Regulations. These regulate the division of land into two or more lots in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41.

Site Plan Review, i.e. the review of site plans and building designs for multi family dwellings and for commercial development proposals by the Planning Board are in accordance with Article 9 of the Foxborough Zoning By-Laws.
